When I was younger, I would help my little sister with her homework and I think that is what inspired me to get into tutoring. Since I am currently a student, I believe I can readily relate to my students and what they are going through. I encourage my students to ask a lot of questions and I try to approach a subject from many different angles. I want to give my students the best chance to succeed, and to do that, I think they need a strong foundation of basic principles. I want to give them as much knowledge as possible as they move down their individual learning paths. I tutor in the areas of first through fifth grade core subjects, along with Writing and Math for first through ninth grade. I do test preparation for the ACT, SAT, IB, MCAT, and ACCUPLACER exams. In addition, I tutor Algebra, Statistics, Anatomy, Biology, French, Reading, Writing, Psychology, and other courses. I attend Florida Gulf Coast University where I'm pursuing a major in Psychology with dual minors in Sociology and Statistics.
