I am a young law student in the Miami area, who has been tutoring students part-time for over five years. I graduated as valedictorian of my high school, and graduated with a 4.0 GPA from FIU with a BA in Political Science and International Relations. I scored in the 2000's on the SAT and in the 160's on the LSAT, both on the first try. I know what it takes to perform well in classes and on exams, and over the years, I have learned to help students do the same. As your tutor I will first evaluate your needs, and then design a personalized plan in order to ensure that you see meaningful results within your specified time frame. I like to use relatable examples and ideas in order to make difficult concepts easier for students to understand. I like to look at students' specific needs and preferred ways of learning. That way I can adapt myself to them and help them relate to the subject. I believe that any successful tutoring plan requires providing each student with personalized strategies for learning information, internalizing concepts, and performing well on exams. I've been tutoring students for over five years, mainly at the high school and college levels. I have helped students prepare for the SAT, ACT and LSAT. I also provide tutoring services in other areas, including math, science, and reading, from the elementary to college level. I help students perform better in class and on exams by giving them more efficient methods of learning and studying. All of my experience in achieving top grades throughout my own education has helped me to become a better tutor who can give students the tools they need to succeed. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and offer personalized lessons for students of all ages.
