I currently live in the Miami, Florida, area, and I am a graduate of Rhode Island College and University of Rico. My teaching experience spans 25 years, and I have been an instructor at every level of education. I have been an instructor of Spanish to professional people for Miami Dade College, an English for professionals instructor for Florida Computer College, a French instructor for Mississippi State University, and Head of the Foreign Language Department at a high school--where I have also previously been awarded a National Award for education honor. I have also been employed instructing French in a French Immersion Program as well as instructing Spanish for Spanish-speaking students. I am currently continuing my own education and seeking certification as a TESOL instructor. I have a great passion for education that I wish to pass on. It is my greatest reward to see a student learn a new subject and master it successfully. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the beach. I am involved in humanitarian projects, and I love the arts, the opera, and ballet especially. I enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to be able to travel extensively, and I enjoy continuing to learn new and exciting things about the world we live in.
