I have been a professor at Miami Dade college since 1999. I have taught all levels of Composition and Literature courses. as well as Creative Writing. I also served as the Writing Center manager for a number of years at MDC. Additionally, I have had poetry published in various journals, including: Poetry International, Perigee, The Aurora Review, Alembic, Rock Salt Plum Review, Talking River, Coffee~Spoons, Miranda Literary Magazine
