I am taking upper-level English at the University of Florida. My current GPA is a 3.77. My GPA in high school (unweighted) was 3.88. I received a 700 on SAT reading and 720 on SAT writing. I took Calculus in high school.

Hobbies
My true passion and love lies in reading and writing. I've loved reading and writing since I was a little girl. My favorite books to read are the classics. Although my favorite is always changing, my current pick would be either "Brave New World" by Huxley or "The Sun Also Rises" by Hemingway. I love "The Great Gatsby" by Fitzgerald as well. I ran track and played soccer in high school. I'm not a big sports fan, but I love outside activities. Whether it's swimming in the pool, riding my bike (hopefully to Ben and Jerry's ice-cream shop), or relaxing at the beach, I love the sun's rays. I've always been musically inclined. I am a classically trained pianist, but love all types of music. I listen to almost every genre, from classical, to jazz, to classic rock, to modern pop and alternative music. I have an appreciation for all kinds of music. My first and foremost music inspiration is the Beatles. I'm seeing Paul McCartney later on this summer; I'm ecstatic!
