At Rider University from Sept. 2008-May 2011, I was a Student Writing Tutor, Lead Peer Tutor, and Embedded Tutor. I facilitated students in one-on-one and full class sessions. I also trained, supervised and instructed new tutors. *Originated the Embedded Tutor and Lead Peer Tutor positions *Achieved highest certification by College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) From Jan.-Dec. 2010 I was a private ESL tutor in Alcalá de Henares, Spain and Buenos Aires, Argentina. I helped improve students’ vocabulary, pronunciation, academic prose and imitation of native speech. My AP English Literature exam score was 4. I also took AP Psychology and AP European History and scored a 3 and a 4 respectively. On my SATs I scored a 720 in Writing, 680 in Verbal and 540 in Math.
