Education
Sapneil graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance and Business Administration. After graduating in 2004, he returned to Miami-Dade County and enrolled as a post baccalaureate student in pre-health sciences. His desire to be a life-long learner and passion for the sciences earned him a position as research assistant at the Florida International University Robert Stempel College of Public Health in Miami FL. His research areas included developing Type 2 Diabetes prevention programs and health promotion planning for the National Area Health Education Council. In 2009, Sapneil graduated with his first Master’s degree in Public Health from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami. Subsequently, he would take an opportunity with the anatomy department at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, NY as a clinical anatomy fellow where he was responsible for delivering undergraduate anatomy education. In addition to his research, Sapneil also completed an accelerated research based master’s program and would earn a Master’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Touro College. Sapneil is currently working on his D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine).
Experience
His lifelong pursuit of education, academic freedom and independent learning would eventually land him back in Miami and helping student’s achieve their academic goals. After returning to Miami in 2010, Sapneil had always tutored as an extension to his academic goals but preparing effective curriculum’s, tutoring programs and college portfolios would be the start of Sapneil Tutoring Inc. It was in June 2010 that Sapneil would launch a comprehensive SAT ACT PSAT PLAN DAT PAT OAT tutoring/test preparation and college admissions counseling company dedicated to linking student’s academic goals and expectations and help student’s achieve their lifelong goals of attending the top college/university of their choice. Since 2010, Sapneil has tutored thousands of students through his small group courses and his personalized 1-on-1 tutoring programs on the SAT-ACT-PSAT-PLAN-DAT-PAT-OAT. He has tutored students from both locally recognized public and private schools (i.e. Florida Christian School, Westminster Academy, Palmetto Bay Academy, Lourdes, Saint Brendan, Columbus, Gulliver, Ransom Everglades, Belen Jesuit, Palmetto, Alex Ferguson etc..) to name a few all in the Miami area. His ability to communicate effective testing strategies, conceptual skills, plan and deliver effective educational programs to students with varying needs is his expertise. With over ten years of standardized test preparation experience, Sapneil’s credibility in the field has allowed him to form strong partnerships with some of the most credible and highly sought after college prep counselors and advisers.
