Experience
I have received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California - Berkeley, with a focus on Neurobiology. I hope to one day get a medical degree and work in either neurology or pediatrics. I live by the idea that with dedication, hard work, and a belief in our work and ourselves, we can achieve anything and everything that we set our minds to. I look to instill similar ideologies in the students I tutor, as determination and inspiration can go a long way to helping succeed both in school and in life. I began tutoring in high school when I was a sophomore and have continued doing it through the duration of my undergraduate studies. My favorite areas of study to tutor are mainly in the areas of science and math, including Chemistry, Physics, Algebra, Calculus, and more. Also, I have taken the MCAT and the SAT and enjoy helping other prospective students have success with those difficult exams. I seek to motivate those I tutor to help them reach their goals and achieve their academic potential. When work is done and I have some leisure time for myself, I love to enjoy time with family and friends, watch some Netflix, play sports, and listen to music.
