I have tutoring experience for the SAT/ACT, as well as experience as a speech mentor at Miami-Dade community college. I received a 1930 SAT score and 5's on most AP exams. I want to be a tutor because I've excelled in most classes and feel this to be a great opportunity to impart tips and knowledge on other students. I've taken various upper level classes in all subjects. My favorite classes have been science based- entomology and ecology namely. I excel at English and history.

Hobbies
My hobbies are to be outside in nature with my dog, hiking, kayaking, and collecting insects for my collection. I enjoy gardening and landscaping. Im a vegetarian and love to cook homemade meals, especially with vegetables from my garden. Im an avid reader and enjoy spending the day in a Barnes and noble. My father is a math professor at Miami-Dade college, and a tutor as well. We spend time together looking at the sky in his telescope and I am an amateur astronomer.
