Experience
I taught English to University students in China for a year. Also, I volunteered at a women's shelter where I taught English grammar to help a woman pass her TEAs test to get her LRN. In addition, I'm an admissions manager at a national nonprofit where I create and edit the newsletter for their sites in Florida. I recently took the GREs and got a 160 out of 170 in the verbal section. Also, I got a 35 out of 36 on my ACTs in Reading Comprehension. I was a Chips Quinn Journalism Scholar at my University; I was also an editor for the school paper at the University of Michigan.

Hobbies
I love reading, volunteering, writing, traveling and hanging out with my family and friends. I am currently getting scuba certified and I love to embark on new experiences and adventures. In addition, I am always looking to continue learning and growing. I am continuing to learn to speak Spanish (which is incredibly relevant in Miami, where I live).
