Experience

My goal as a teacher is to inspire students to succeed while they gain a better understanding of the world around them. I have been a teaching assistant at Georgia Southern University for the past year and a half. I have also been a teacher's aide for elementary school students in reading and writing. I am very familiar with preparing students for standardized testing. I have also worked as a writing tutor at Georgia Southern University and have aided many students in the process of writing and editing essays. I have worked as a freelance writer and have excellent writing and communication skills. I graduated from Florida State with a BA in English and a minor in French. As a tutor, I create individualized and goal oriented strategies for my students in order to facilitate their success
